CAbin Leader Training

What: Training for those who would like to be Cabin Leaders at Camp this summer. Led by the Camp Staff with a combined total of 60 years of experience, this training equips participants with essential leadership skills, including behavior management, homesickness, dealing with controversial issues, emergency response, and more. Through interactive workshops, scenario-based exercises, and hands-on experiences, cabin leaders learn effective techniques and gain a deeper understanding of camper needs and behaviors. This training not only fosters personal growth but also ensures that cabin leaders are well-prepared to create a safe, inclusive, and memorable camp experience for all attendees.

Who: Cabin Leaders! Whether it's your first year or your 50th, this is a great training for you!
